Trash the Dress is this movement started by OSP photographers Mark Eric. The basic idea is to encourage former brides to take their bridal gown out of their closets and have a bridal session with the intention of “trashing it!” While trashing is still a loose term, it often constitutes either shooting in urban gritty locales or physically trashing the gown by rolling in dirt, getting wet at the beach. The idea is a bride still gleams despite the state of dispair her gown may be in.

So the OSP Bay Area photographers got together for a San Jose trash it session. We didn’t quite trash the dress but we still got some great images. Thanks to Nichanh for arranging it!
