“Wedding-ology Panel Discussion and Presentation”

It was an honor to be a sponsor of the Silicon Valley NACE meeting last week, held at the Santa Clara Marriott hotel. The room was lovely – a newly renovated function hall with an adjoining outdoor deck, perfect for small weddings and events. The cocktail hour was made even extra special with the bright summery colors of Napa Valley Linens and floral artistry of Monica Kau of Signature Blooms.

For this meeting, three couples (2 newlyweds and 1 engaged) were invited over to serve as a wedding resource panel. Emceed by the charming Rich Amoii of Hey Mr. DJ, the panel discussion gave wedding professionals the rare opportunity to the pick the brains of to-be and recently wed couples. We  asked burning questions like, “What was your vendor pet peeve?” or “How much do you rely on Yelp?” — all while feasting on the yummy food and strawberry mojitos generously provided by the Marriott Hotel. I ate way too much risotto! The evening capped off with coffee and cupcakes, courtesy of Frost Cupcake Factory.  Did I mention the cupcakes? Oh yeah, I did. Thanks Andrea!
