I’m the terrible mom of two. It’s absolutely true that every succeeding child you have, the less time you will devote to that child – picturewise. And this coming from me, a professional photographer!

So the story is Milo, my second son, turned two years old last January. And while we celebrated the day in a very low-key manner, it escaped my mind to take a nice portrait of him at this adorable stage.  The main challenge was the rainy weather these past weeks. The second obstacle is that Milo NEVER stays still. He’s always on the go, hates it when I so much as hold my camera (or iphone, or spatula) — so he’d rather grab my hand and play.

So it’s better late than never. On Sunday, I loaded my camera with the CF and waited for an opportune time. And I got ONE shot of him looking into the camera. He looks so grown up, I can’t believe it’s been two years already since he was in my belly. Excuse me while I leave the room and reminisce.

And for reference, here he is at one. And at six months. Such a handsome child. *sigh*
