Hello Fall, Goodbye Summer!
Didn’t it feel like summer 2012 just flew by? A little crazy! I just wanted to give a quick shout out to everyone. It’s been a busy summer of weddings, portraits, family camping trips and whatnot. I still got a lot on my plate and it’s one huge balancing act. When I’m not pulling my hair out in frustration, you can find me happily shooting or hanging out with my kids. Ah, life!
There are still spaces in the Fall Mini-Sessions, happening on September 16 & 23 and October 14. Check out the Photograffiti Fall Newsletter for more details! If you’re not available on any of the dates, let us know and we may add more in October.
But here’s some stuff you can look forward to from Photograffiti.
– my first photography music shoot with local Oakland band – The Bye Bye Blackbirds. You can check out their latest album here.
– the debut of my first behind-the-scenes Beloved photography video. It’s 9 months in the making…(and counting)
– new blog content for Photographers (working on posts called A Dress Guide for Female Photographers, The CameraBag Whore and other fun stuff)
– my first talk in front of a live audience. I’ve been invited to speak at the Bay Area Professional Videographers Association about my work in Experiential photography! Happening on September 17, 2012. Non-members welcome. And more details to come.
And finally, this week, I’ll be closing the studio down for a few days to attend the Beloved Collective Photography Festival in Palm Springs. I’m piss-in-my-pants excited about attending this gathering of photographers from all over the world. We will explore, inspire and share our photography experiences with each other. I can’t wait!
